Leader: someone who goes before or with to show the way; someone who has influence and will guide and direct.

Every week we have over 90 Life Group leaders who live out the definition above. They lead their groups through either a DVD or book study guiding and directing their group into the Word of God. They carefully create an environment where all feel welcomed and included. You are the ones who make our Life Group ministry so successful.

We, Life Group Ministry Team, know that each one of you somewhere along the line stepped out of your comfort zone and answered God’s calling to lead even though some of you initially thought leadership wasn’t for you. Since that moment you have discovered that leading your group can be fun, enjoyable and satisfying. However, we also know that you have realized that leading can be difficult, hard and overwhelming at times.

It is our hope that we, Life Group Leadership Team, along with this blog site can be a support to you offering encouragement, input and tools to assist you and help you grow in your leadership ability. Starting in May this site will be offering a weekly blog entry highlighting articles on leadership written by men and women who excel in this area. You will want to add checking out this site to your weekly routine.

Be sure to scan the sidebar for any new updates or additions. We are constantly working at adding new resource tools, website links and much more along with new DVD studies (8 brand new ones) being added to our resource library in Robert’s office. Also we offer an online DVD Resource Catalog (just updated) so you can easily find a new study for your group.

Our Life Group Ministry is on the move and is ever changing to better meet and more effectively respond to the situations and challenges ahead.
